Yoga Nidra for Self-Healing

October 16 - November 20, 2025: Meets Thursdays, 5:30-6:45pm CT

Yoga Nidra is a guided practice for deep relaxation and self-healing. In this 6-week course, you will be given the tools to unlock immense healing potential by naturally restoring the flow of prana (life energy) through your subtle body.
Yoga Nidra is a practice for profound self-healing, the practical applications of which can support daily stress management, deep relaxation, psychological restoration and physical rejuvenation.
This is a great resource for everyone, but perhaps especially for those who feel overwhelmed by the prospect of movement, as no movement is involved! This practice does involve intensive body scans (directing attention throughout the body).

Perfectly Imperfect: A Yoga Community for Better Body Image

January 15 - April 4, 2024

In this three-month program, you'll find a community of like-minded people who will support you as you work to build loving, sustainable habits to help you feel stronger, more energized, and most importantly, more at peace with your body. This is a space free of triggering diet and weight loss talk, led by an experienced, large-bodied Yoga Therapist and someone who has been working on her own body image and helping others do the same since 2014. Yoga helps practitioners calm their minds, see their lives from a new perspective, improve strength, energy, and vitality, and connect with their true selves. Strengthening this connection with the Self is what allows us to stop hyper-focusing on our appearance, let go of our over-identification with the body, and consistently remember that our worth is so much greater than what we look like.
