In this three-month intensive program, you'll find a community of like-minded people who will support you as you work to build loving, sustainable habits to help you feel stronger, more energized, and most importantly, more at peace with your body. This is a space free of triggering diet and weight loss talk, led by an experienced, fat Yoga Therapist and someone who has been working on her own body image and helping others do the same since 2014. Yoga helps practitioners calm their minds, see their lives from a new perspective, improve strength, energy, and vitality, and connect with their true selves. Strengthening this connection with the Self is what allows us to stop hyper-focusing on our appearance, let go of our over-identification with the body, and consistently remember that our worth is so much greater than what we look like.
