Feel Better in your Body

Body Liberation through Art, Coaching, and Yoga Therapy

I am an anti-diet, weight-inclusive, certified yoga therapist, artist, and body liberation/wellness coach helping people of all sizes and abilities to feel stronger, more comfortable, and connected in their bodies.

A more peaceful, loving relationship with your body is waiting for you. Learn to reconnect to your authentic self and create the space to let it shine through.

Take it from someone who’s lived it: every day, we’re bombarded with impossible ideals about what a “healthy” or “beautiful” body should look like. I’m here to rewrite that script. My own path, which took me from living for decades with an undiagnosed eating disorder to healing and learning how to choose self-love fuels everything I do—personalized yoga therapy, yoga and body liberation workshops, speaking engagements, and art that celebrates every body. This isn’t about fitting in anymore; it’s about breaking the mold and inhabiting our bodies–just as they are–with freedom, joy, and peace.

Well-Rounded Wellness grew out of my own messy, beautiful, and ongoing process of breaking free from an exhausting cycle of disordered eating and negative body image and forcing “self-care” from a place of fear and self-hatred.

Since 2014, I’ve been learning to reconnect to my intuition, cultivate self-love, and redefine what beauty means to me. With me, you’ll find an honest, caring, empathetic, and passionate ally,  dedicated to supporting you with an individualized approach to healing that honors your unique experience and needs.

With over 1,000 hours of training as a yoga therapist, years working as a teacher and coach, and having mentored for almost a decade with one of the most sought after body image educators in the country, I offer the type of support, practices, programs, and experiences that you won’t find searching google. I pride myself on meeting you exactly where you are and gently supporting your journey towards self-connection and discovery without overwhelming you. It’s important to me that our work together feels accessible and meaningful. Together, we build routines that fit your life and gradually shift your relationship with your body, movement, and whole self.
