If you like, you can prepare by reading the Satya chapter in Deborah Adele's book, The Yamas and Niyamas: Exploring Yoga's Ethical Practice but you're also welcome to just show up! We will read parts of it together. Remember, this group is free, so invite anyone who you think would be interested!
