In this free 45-minute introduction to Yoga Therapy talk, you’ll learn about how Yoga Therapy is used as a holistic healthcare support system that functions both as a preventative measure for maintaining present health and wellness states, and also as a complement to traditional, western medicine in order to manage physical, emotional, and spiritual health challenges and conditions.

The event will take place on Sunday, July 10th at 2:30pm at Inpowered Yoga, at 2222 W. Lawrence Ave in Chicago. We will also livestream this event, so you are welcome to attend virtually as well.

Accessibility: The studio is a 7 minute walk from the Western brown line stop and a 12 minute walk from the Ravenswood Metra stop. There is free parking on Lawrence and on some nearby side streets. There are three steps down into the space and there is a restroom on the premises. Folding chairs are sturdy and high weight capacity.

COVID details: Masks are strongly encouraged.

The live-stream will be hosted on Zoom and a live transcript will be provided.
