As a classically trained yoga instructor and yoga therapist, my approach is to assess your current state of wellness from a holistic perspective, considering not only your physical wellbeing, but also your emotional, energetic, intellectual, and spiritual wellness. From there, I develop a treatment plan that will involve some combination of yoga practices (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), meditation and relaxation techniques, food and lifestyle recommendations, and yoga philosophy education to help you begin to see your life and circumstances from a new perspective. Recommendations are not a set of prescriptive commandments that you must follow, but are instead offered as suggestions for you to experiment with in order to discover what works best for you. I use my training as a wellness coach along with tenets from yoga psychology to support you in implementing sustainable practices into your life. I have experience supporting people with the following conditions: Anxiety Asthma and other respiratory conditions Chronic Pain Chronic Stress Depression Diabetes Digestive issues Disordered relationship with food and body Fatigue Fybromyalgia and other pain conditions Hypertension Insomnia PTSD Packages: 4 Yoga Therapy Sessions, including two 90-minute sessions and two 1-hour sessions ($450) Follow-up Yoga Therapy packages in bundles of 4 ($340) 4 month Yoga Therapy and Wellness Coaching Package ($1400) Includes 16 Weekly 1:1 sessions (Thirteen 60-minute and three 90-minute sessions) Our first four sessions will be centered purely around yoga therapy, with two 90-minute sessions and two 60-minute sessions. From there, we will begin to incorporate a systematic coaching format to our sessions, beginning with another 90 minute intake where you will get clear on your personal wellness vision and identify some 3-month goals that you’d like to work towards. I will then support you with weekly coaching as you work towards your goals. This package is for those who are ready to prioritize their wellbeing and receive support to learn a self-loving way of moving towards it.
